Drawing plays a big role in our studio. From scratchy design explorations to formal concept sketches, we use drawing to understand a project, fuel creativity, and communicate thoughts and visions. Drawing by hand with pen, pencil, marker, paper, or napkin maintains a direct connection between us and our work. It’s scientifically proven to make us smarter. This archive is a selection of drawings we’ve used in our careers – our contribution to continuing the rich history of the craft of landscape architecture.
